I have a user who needs to use a different signature
for different emails. H would like to select from a list for each email.

Is there a way of doing this in outlook 2003.

The Insert->AutoText->Signature looked promising but in only has one possible selection which is my AD name?

To use the option you mentioned, the user just needs to create multiple signatures within Word:

In Word:
Tools->
Options->
General Tab->
Email Options Button->
Email Signature Tab->
Click "New" to the right...

The reason only one was available form that list when you tried was that only one was created.

Hi,

sadly it does not work.
I have three signatures set up against my profile but all I get is the ad name.

Is Word setup as your email editor?

It was Word that was the problem.

With word set not to be the editor, it works fine:-

tools / options / mail format, and untick 'use microsoft word to edit email messages'. If you restart Outlook, you should find that the option to insert a choice of signatures reappears.
