When I print an Email and close it I get an notification error saying it is going to be sent to Microsoft. How can I stop this error from coming up every time?

Perform an Office repair to start with.
And, disable the error reporting service.

Start - Run - Services.msc
Look for the error reporting service, doubleclick it and set automatic to disable. Then Stop the service.

I am having no luck trying to locate this error reporting service located in services.

What version of Windows are you running?
Sort the services Alphabetically and it is called "Error Reporting Service"

I am running Windows2000 and I just tried what you said to do on an XP box and the error report still came up after I rebooted. Could this be an issue with office2003 in General?

I doubt it. An error can be generated due to alot of reasons.
You will need to work by elimination.
Remove and re-install your printerdriver.

I removed the printer driver and added it back in and had no luck.I did a detect and repair and hd no luck also with outlook 2003.I am running Windows service pack 4 and office service pack 3.

The error that comes up say's ( Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.)
This might help you out what I am trying to tell you.

Office SP3?
Are you mixing an older version of Office with Outlook 2003?

Sorry, I am not running Office service pack 3 and I am running straight out office2003

Ah, ok, you got me confused now.

Did you do the Office Repair already?

Sir, I did the repair for office rebooted and had no luck.

I have just discovered if I print a form of anytype I do not get that error but if I print a normal Email I get the Microsoft error.Boy do I need your help.

Our problem(I also work at Talbots) is that with Outlook 2000 we used the XPrint control & addin and apparantly there is no new version of XPrint for Office 2003.We've narrowed it down to(possibly) try to find an updated version of printform.dll.We currently have the one dated from 5/99 and found a MS KB article(263022) but haven't been able to locate this file from 1/01 yet.Any ideas?

You are correct, JohnnySee. I was having the exact same problem with printing emails on various computers with Outlook 2003. I disabled the XPrint addin, and it works fine now. The only thing is that forms do not print properly. We have found that if you wait to close the email until after the document has physically printed on the printer no error occurs.
