outlook XP - rules for message download

hi folks,

i can't manage the following:

my sister and i have the same mail account but 2 different addresses and we want to access our mail from 2 different computers. now when one of us downloads his/her mails he/she gets all the mails and not just those belonging to him/her.
i couldn't manage to make a rule that prevents mails without my name in TO or CC to be downloaded from the server though outlook-express had some kind of that rule in the rules-wizard. (and in addition to that i am new to outlook XP, just used 2000 before)

using now outlook AND outlook express; so my problem is "solved". anyway solutions would be appreciated. regards
