Outlook XP Locking Up

Hi,
First thing to try would be to run a repair over the installation, you'll need the original CD. Go into add/remove programs and select Office go to remove and you should be asked if you want to modify/repair/remove Office. Select a repair and follow the prompts. After that check to see if all the service packs are installed. I believe Office XP is upto SP3 which if you have the bandwidth is available as a coverall (will install SP's 1&2) at around 50Mb.
