Got a problem...

Ok, we have an administrative assistant that sets up the calendar of her boss from her machine. However, whenever her boss looks at his calendar on his own machine, all the events in it are one hour before they are supposed to be. Its like on her machine an appointment is set for 10:00 but on his machine it says 9:00.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Check the calendar "Time Zone", I have seen this before where it was set wrong, so every appointment was coming up at the wrong times.

yep, time zone is incorrect on one of the machines.

check tools-->options-->calendar options and make sure time zone is correct there, also check the system time zone (on the start menu bar, far right), not sure if they are linked or seperate.
