Outlook won't print pics

I'm sure this has been asked many times but the Keyword Search function is out-for-repair.

Outlook 2000 sp-1 only prints the placeholder of the imbedded bitmap not the picture itself.

Are you using Word as your email editor? Open Word and go to Tools, Options, View tab and clear the checkbox against Picture Placeholders.

How big is the bitmap (ie. size in MB)?

It's a simple Alt PrintScreen of a screen window about 3x5 " so probably about 25 to 30 Kb, essentially small.
