I have several machines running NT and when I log on as administrator I can open outlook but only while logged on as administrator. When logged on under a normal user name it normally says that I'm out of memory! When, in fact, there's plenty of memory. It's just wrecking my head because when they're checking they're outlook mail they're logged on under administrator.

Had a similar issue recently.
Resolved it by logging in as user, then using the XP Run As... command to launch Outlook as the administrator.
Closed Outlook and re-opened as regular user.
Worked for me...

Hope this helps.
