Outlook wont open in citrix session but will in RDP session

I have a windows 2003 server running Citrix Xps FR2/SP3 with Office XP sp3. Outlook will not open for any user, including mine with admin rights, from a citrix session, it throws this error: "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on ok to terminate the application." The rest of the office suite opens just fine. If someone logs in using the RDP client instead of the ICA client, then outlook opens with no problems. Event veiwer doesnt help me any, I've tried creating fresh profiles, I've reinstalled Office, citrix, and the ICA client with no luck.....Anyone have any ideas on this?

Open Event Viewer. What is the exact error (if different then the one posted and see if SpeedScreenApi.dll is listed as a problem) I believe the problem lies with the speed screen setting in the registry.

Open regedit on the citrix box, got to hklm\software\citrix\ctxhook\Appin-Dlls\speedscreen\and delete the outlook (and iefolder too since the problem afflicts ie as well)

Reboot and try again.
