outlook will receive but wont send

The following terms may not be 100% correct, since I am not using an English Outlook.
Click on tools->accounts
Go into the properties of your email account and click the "advanced" or "extended" button.
There is a checkbox, "outgoing mail server requires authentication" or the like. There, you can set "use same settings as for incoming mail"
That should solve the issue.
