I have Office 2003 installed. All office products work fine except Outlook. Via RDP Outlook lauches with no problems. Via ICA Outlook does not launch at all. No error msg nothing.
Another possibility is to disable DEP for Outlook. I know this is dumb, but I have personally seen both Outlook and IE fail in odd ways over Citrix where the problem was resolved by disabling DEP. *sigh*
Remove these key's on the server:
HKLMSoftwareCitrixCtxHookAppInit_DLLSspeedscreeniexplore.exe
HKLMSoftwareCitrixCtxHookAppInit_DLLSspeedscreenoutlook.exe
