With OWA, can I setup an IIS server with OWA on a WAN to communicate accross to another network which houses the Exchange server?

What all needs to be installed and what access need to be
granted on the Exchange server?

Thanks!

Yes, you can. Depending on the WAN link though. It may be slow. IIS<->Exchange talks using RPC. Use RPC ping from the Exchange CD to confirm RPC connectivity over the WAN before you attempt anything crazy.

Honestly though- why do it that way -- make them all local and route the web stuff (which is presumably lower bandwidth)
