We have the following topology

Internal NEtwork(more than 50 Wkst, DNs server(DC), Exchange 2003 Server (DC).....All run Win2003
.
.
.
ISA2004 Server ( Two Nics)
.
.
.
Broadban wireles(Ubr900 cable modem)
.
.
Internet (ISP).......

we can browse internet, send outside mail, receive all mail from outside.......our MX record (on the ISP) looks good

We followed all the procedures to publish exchange on ISA server and applied relatively less prohibiting fire wall policies.(SSL port 443 is open port 80 is closed)

We can Access OWA from internal network, The problem is when we try to access OWA from outside(Internet), It always shows... Connecting to....our IP(public)....But eventually the Infamous "Page cannot be displayed" comes.

Note:-No Exchange front end server is used.

Any help Please

Why you worry? Life is too short to worry.

Do the ISA firewall logs show the connection attempt and if so does it show as blocked by a rule?

Is SSL correctly configured on the publishing rule?
Are the virtual directories visible with IIS on the Exchange server?

There's quite a few things that could be going wrong, if the logs don't show anything you might have to go through all the OWA settings and double check everything. I also remember a guide on the site that had some troubleshooting advice (like going to a specfic URL instead of the /exchange), don't have a link to it unfortunately.

Although, I don't really understand what our ISP people did, after we called them and told the situation, the problem is solved.
note:- they said ports 443&80 were not closed.....

What else could be ?.........

Thanks
