Outlook Web Access - Language setup - HELP !!

We are currently running Exchange 5.5 with OWA and English clients, we now have a requirement to support "french" clients.

Question:
Where is the language control in OWA?

Is there a language parameter setting within the OWA or IIS installed on the server??

Is the language controlled by the OWA client (i.E. 5.5 SP2)??

Do we install the French version of Exchange 5.5 OWA to obtain the French language ??

The Exchange Server version 5.5 OWA language packs are included in Exchange Server 5.5 Service Pack 4, which is available for download from the this URL:
