Im using Access to automatically send emails. When the user clicks the send button a security message pops up warning the user that "another application is trying to automatically send email on your behalf, do you want to allow this?" if the user chooses 'Yes' everything is OK, but if the user chooses 'No' Access throws up a rather alarming error message. Is there a way to stop this or create my own softer error message?

"My God! It's full of stars...

I came across this issue recently when trying to Automate emails. I found a coded bypass without user interaction, well not available.

So my work around was to use an add-on which is free and becomes part of Outlook. I only had to install it on the computer doing the automation. A warning came up once, to tell me that access is trying to send out an email, but after that you never see it again.

They also have a coded version to implement into a VBE app but it costs money.

Hope this helps someone.

Cheers
