Outlook to Web acces.?

I have a client that would like to take the outlook on his current PC. And have it all accessible by the web. In his words

"Is there a way to convert outlook from a pc to a virtual based system. Do you know how to get me off my laptop and on to the cloud? How to get all my folders and old email of my laptop and on to the cloud?"

Any ideas?

I have had someone say google apps, however I'm not to familiar with that..

Are they using an in-house exchange server or what at the moment.

The best way ...... convert to Office 365 -- ALL the benefits, Outlook, OWA, iPad, Smart Phone etc
Google Apps is one way, but there is an issue ith Google Sync for Outlook 2010/13

If just need eMail on the go with an inhouse solution, use OWA (enable on server) or Smart Phone

Currently he uses yahoo email, however he wants to have access to all his outlook folders and old emails, however he wants it web based

You can export mail etc from Outlook ...... but as to Yahoo Mail "Nothing Do I know"
