I am removing Outlook from some of our computers and the users are going to be using Outlook express. Is there a way to save their folders of previous emails and address books to be used in Outlook express?
Under the "File" menu, select "Import/Export" and export the desired mailbox into a .pst (personal folder)(NOTE: Do this only if the mailbox is an Exchange mailbox at this time...internet mail mailboxes are already in the .pst format).
This .pst can now be accessed via OE by simply adding it to the list of services.
