Is it possible to edit the default new mail message in outlook XP so that the BCC field sends a copy of the message to an admin account without each employee having to type the address in manually? If so, where can I find a config guide for this? We are not using an exchange server,

Just create a blank email with the BCC filled in, then do Tools-Forms-Publish form. Name it and you're in business. Then when you want to use that one, just click File-New-Choose form to start your message. More can be found on the following link.
