I have several hundred user's who are unable to check their outlook. All our machines are windows 2000 Pro running Office 2000.

When a user logs into outlook it prompts for a username/domain/password. The user will enter the information and a message will popup telling the user that the "logon credentials are incorrect" After checking our user manager, the user's accounts are all good. Even after changing their passwords, they recieve the same message. We are all at a loss out here and any help would be great!

Thanks in advance

Something is corrupt on the server for this to affect every user. How long has this been happening? Maybe you should do a tape restore to a previous backup
