Outlook TAPI dialing in Win 7

Hi there, I am trying to get my TAPI working in Outlook 2007, on a Windows 7 Platform. I see and can configure the Avaya IP Office TAPI2 service provider in Phone and Modem options, But the Service is not available in Outlook. I have tried the dialer.exe route to test aswell and cannot see the Avaya TAPI plugin.

Any suggestions????

Uninstall and re-install, that often forces it to actually work correctly, I had to do it with Vista the other day

Fancy that, a simple repair from control panel did not work, but a full uninstall, reboot and re-install seems to have done the trick.

Next time remove/add the AVAYA tapi in the phone/modem options. This will save you a reboot after the install. This way it will work immediately.

(in the software section). Works on 32&64 bit machines and has been very helpful in diagnosing TAPI problems
