I have a user who cannot get in to her Outlook account that has been working for months!
Every time she opens the application, an error message pops up that says: 'Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close...'
The error message identifier:
AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 11.0.8118.0 AppStamp:456628bf
ModName: inetcomm.dll ModVer: 6.0.2900.3028 ModStamp:455165c5
fDebug: 0 Offset: 0008056e
There is some additional module information, but I am not able to make heads or tails of it. I have tried opening it in safe mode, running the scanpst, and we have run the detect and repair function from the setup cd. The application opens and just as it is attempting to receive the first message, the error message opens. We cannot get any further.
