Not sure if this should be in the XP, Office or Server forum but i'll try here first. Is there a way to increase a mailboxes allocated size for storing rules? MS article 886616 says the limit is 32KB but i have a user who has 59 rules and has run out of space, but he needs them all! Any help greatly appreciated.

Give him more than one mailbox associated to his name? Or give him more than one mailbox that is viewable to him. Just have 2 open up in the folder tree on the left.

I just cant fathom 59 rules. I dont know anyone who uses any...

You can find more info by searching for rules in forum605, but it is unlikely that all 59+ rules are needed. Use the wildcard capabilities of the rule criteria and use distribution lists for 'forward to multiple recipients' type rules.

Thanks everyone, it seems a well documented problem and one many people encounter. Is there any third party software that can get round this problem? 59 rules does seem excessive but he insists he needs them all!
