I am setting a generic email account (Helpdesk) and i would like to respond to any helpdesk email. Here's the situation:
-I created an HelpDesk mailbox.
-Tech Support person (Joe User) will be responding to any messages sent to HelpDesk.
-These responses should appear to be from HelpDesk, not Tech Support person (Joe User)
How do i set it up in order the any user will see the responding from Helpdesk?
Can it be set on the server or client? We are runing on MS exchange 2003 and outlook 2003.
