Outlook reply font issue.

Hey all. I've got a problem with a user and his email. When he receives an email the font is normal. But when he replies to the email, the font turns huge. It's not a big deal but it's annoying and he's the General Manager of the facility so I'm trying to get this figured out for him. Any suggestions?

You can check the settings:
Tools/Options/Mail Format/Font button and see what the settings are.

Is this plain txt or HTML? What font is he replying in? Is it different to the font he has received? Is the font corrupt?

Check the default font settings under Tools, Options, Mail Format, Fonts button.
