Hey all,
A friend of mine uses Outlook 2003 for his e-mail, and he has three accounts setup in it--one default business account and two private accounts. Whenever he sends an e-mail (new e-mail or replying) Outlook randomly chooses the account to use to send the e-mail. He has to check his Sent Items folder to see which account he sent the e-mail with. I advised him that he could manually select the default account, and that works, but he would rather avoid that additional step. And he doesn't want to forget and send an e-mail using the wrong address. Has anyone experienced this with Outlook 2003? Any ideas on how to "guarantee" Outlook will use the default account? MS OfficeUpdates hasn't helped.
Thanks,
Joe Brouillette
