Hey all,
A friend's Outlook is acting strange and I'm trying to troubleshoot from afar. She is on Windows XP Pro and she uses Office and Outlook XP.

When she gets attachments from some Macintosh Users the attachements are not showing up as the "papercliped" version. But if she goes to the "File" menu and then to "Save Attachements..." the attachments are there.

Any reason why this would happen?

I would check to see if the Mac user is encoding their message in the MIME format rather than any other format like binhex or uuencode. joegz

I would want to have them MIME, right?
Especially if it's going to a PC...right?

Correct. [thumbsup2] joegz
