I was wondering if their is a way to use BCC when you email out. I'm used to using the BCC option, rather than the CC option when emailing people. I looked on the "View" menu and "Insert" menu, but know BCC to add. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am using Outlook 2002.

When composing an e-mail, if you press the To button, you can select recipients for To, CC, and Bcc.

It's probably hiding on you. It does this when you are using Microsoft Word to compse the email.

The way I found it is to do the following:

Tools|Options|Mail Format - change to plain text and uncheck the 'Use Microsoft Word as editor' box.
Click Apply

Now compose new mail.

Choose View and you should see an option saying BCC field. Click it.

Close the email without sending.

Hey Presto! You will now have a BCC field in every message you prepare.

You can switch back to using Word and Rich-Text (or HTML) format by reversing the first step.
