Outlook Profiles

Hi,
I am looking for a way of setting up the outlook profile without logging on as the user. Often when replacing a users PC this is the only task I cant do when logged on as admin. Really dont want to be asking users to give me their passwords and dont want to reset them as want this process to be seemless.
I sometimes use the documents and settings wizard but half out workforce are field based so its not possible in this case.

There is a tool called newprof.exe that may achieve what you want. Check out this link (the last two solutions) and see if that works for you.

Hi Thanks for your reply, unfortunately this tool is not supported on office 2003 but it has lead me to the information I need so thank you.
Cant believe all the google searches I did on profiles had not lead me to the page.
