This is an interesting problem. The worst part is its on my boss's system.

When printing out of Outlook 2002(SP1), the document goes to this one specific network printer despite whatever printer he chooses. Printing out of any other application works fine. He's removed the driver for that printer and it still goes there. Looking at the printer properties on the print window, its showing the correct printer and IP address.

Reboots have not helped. This one has us stumped.

If I wanted to bug your boss with an April fool macro, I could probably replace the Print menu command with a macro that displays the print dialog first but then directs the printing to that specific printer.
But hey, only the devil advocate would do such a thing :)
Besides, April is over. :)
Does this happen whether you print using the print button on the toolbar, or from the menu? Just a curious Q.

It does it from both locations. As I mentioned, the wildest thing is that it will show the right printer, but print to the wrong one even after removing the driver.

Yes, it would be fun to have a macro to do that. I can think of a couple places I've worked in the past that I would have loved to have left this as a wonderful departure gift (if you know what I mean).
