Hello Everyone.
I have landed in a tech support position today. I am usually SQL Server but our support staff is out sick.
I have a user on Windows XP with Outlook 2010 (I know update the OS right? The owner doesn't want to pay for that).
They usually have no problems with email. Today when they click on an email, the reading pane does not show the messgae. I turn the reading pane on/off and position it at the bottom or the right but it doesn't refresh. It keeps unrefreshed ghosts images of whatever was there on that position of the monitor previously (ie: if I maximize the window it will have the right edge of the email list and the left edge of the ToDo bar. They are non-reactive of course as they are just unrefreshed pixels.) Rebooted twice. Checked all of the network connections. Tested network by going to a website and network drives. Unlocked user in Active Directory.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Patrick
