According to my collegue the plugins don't work on office 2013.
I am running Win8 64 bit and office 2010, eveything works just fine.
Microsoft claims that if software runs on Win7 then it will run on Win8 as well.
Tested on Windows 7 64 bit & Windows 8 64 bit
Install the Outlook Plugin together with the CallAssistant.
Open Outlook 2013 and no Addin appear.
Close Outlook 2013 and copy from this file the folder "AvayaIPOfficePlugin" into the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office" folder.
Doubleclick and merge the "AvayaIPOfficePlugin.reg" file into the register.
Open Outlook 2013 and in the startupscreen you should see the plugin getting loaded.
When started config as per manual.
Thnx, I posted earlier I don't need it and guess what, I was told at the office today that we had to upgrade to Office 2013 because the license for Office 2010 has expired. So I started hussling around with the plugin as I could not believe it wouldn't work.
I run Win8 64 bit on my laptop and Win7 64 bit on the desktop PC, I installed the plugin on both but they use different registry entries, both are in the dropbox file.
I just did a fresh install of Windows 8.1 on my PC and did not install the One-X crap yet, I'll post it later ( maybe after the weekend as I'm quite busy the coming days )
