Outlook Perfromance

We are always getting the following message in Outlook XP
"Outlook is retrieving data from the Microsoft Exchange Server Meteor. You can cancel ths request or minimize this message to the windows taskbar until Outlook closes the message automaticly." I would be greatful for any help with this error.

When exactly are you getting this message? Is it right when you start Outlook?

We get this mostly when we accessing public folders or when opening new messages.

Have you tried running a repair on the Outlook installation? Is this message appearing on more than one PC with Outlook XP installed or is just coming up on one?

This comes up on every machine. and started after exchange 2000 upgrade.
