When I open the "Options" window in Outlook, under "Tools", the font size is so big that 40% of the window cannot be seen.

I have tried the "accessibility wizard" and reset the general folder options to their defaults, which worked in the past, but now the problem persists.

My software group insists that there is nothing wrong with the image as it is only happenning to a handful of users.

My thanks to whoever provides assistance here.

Sounds like a corrupt data key in the registry. Make a back up first and then delete the OL data key. It should regenerate itself corrctly when you reopen OL.

Where can I find this OL data key? I searched the registry and did not find anything obvious and I would prefer to be certain of what I am doing.

thank you by the way.
