Outlook, New messages appear as read

If you are talking about reading them vi an HTML interface, or a totally separate Outlook application on one machine, and then opening again on another machine, I don't think that it is possible to have it already show as read on the "new" machine. If you have it all running on an Exchange server, same mailbox, and such, then it should work regardless.
