Outlook needs MINET.ecf

Just installed MS Office 2002 SBE. When I try to open Outlook, I get "Add-in missing Minet.ecf" I try to install it with Detect & Repair but its not on the computer. I cannot send or receive mail in Outlook.

Does one need to install the Service Pack 1 in order to get this file?. I have the service pack (came with MS Office) but reluctant to install because heard it would really slow down the computer

Cannot locate the file on the MS Office 2002 SBE or the SP#1 cds. Any suggestions?

Try pulling a copy off another pc, if convenient.
