hi,

is there anyway to block/disable the calender from being seen thru the "plan a meeting" feature. some would really like their privacy. we have outlook 97/2000 w/ exchange 2000.

Hi,
Don't know if you can do that, but your users can mark their appointments "private" which means that, although others can see that they are busy, they cannot see what they are doing.

Check Calendar/Properties/Permissions and delete everyone. Then change the Default permission to NONE.
