Wierd thing with one of my users. He wants to use Word to edit his E-mails, but when we go to outlook, mail format option, the use MS Word to edit e-mails option is grayed out and will not let us check it. I've tried uninstalling/reinstall office xp. I've applied all patchs, went as far as getting and installing outlook 2003, but nothing seems to works?????
