Is it correct to assume that if I buy 100 cals for exchange 2003 that I would get 100 outlook licenses outlook 2003?

Yes an Exchange 2003 user CAL also includes a license for Outlook 2003.

Do I have to order the media and how will I get and put the 25 digit product ID -- will I get one for each license? and if I buy 25 licenses at a time so I can spread my budget over two month or so will I get a different license key for the Cliant?
