Outlook in the foreground

I have a user who is having an Outlook problem. When he opens the program he clicks on an existing message or send/recieve. When a message opens, the message window goes behind the main Outlook window. Something is causing the main Outlook window to remain in the foreground. I don't know that he has any problems like this with other applications, only Outlook. Is there a simple solution for this? Any help would be appreciated.

Have you run Detect and Repair from the Help menu?

I remember seeing that on the menu, just never knew exactly what it's for. I'll do that and post the results in a few days. Thanks for the reply.
