Hi,
I want to include in an email at appointment so that the recipient can either double-click to add it to their calendar, or possibly open it and click "save and close" button to add it to their calendar. Is there a way?

Outlook XP - it is possible to right-click the appointment and send it (or, when selected, from 'action' menu). The recipient can open it and save (from toolbar) or (menu 'file') copy to folder 'calendar'.
Is this what you need?

combo

1. Create a new message
2. From within the message, select Insert > Item from the menu
3. Hightlight Calendar, select the relevant appointment
4. Make sure Insert As is set to Attachment and click OK

Voila

Hope that helps,

Charlotte

Open or create the appointment

Click the Scheduling tab and add the e mail address of the person you want.

Send and the appointment will go to them. When they recieve it they will have an Accept, Decline and tentative button.

They click Accept and it will go in to their calendar. It will also e mail you to let you know what has happened
