Outlook Hangs on splash Screen with Exchange 2007

Exchange 2007 Server on server 2003 ent Clustered

Outlook 2003 and 2007 hangs for ever on splash screen
if i then end the outlook process and re load outlook
in safe mode everthing works ok

anyidea

Have you checked the Application Event logs for any errors?

i have check even log
all i can see is below
ID: 6, Application Name: Microsoft Office Outlook, Application Version: 12.0.6300.5000, Microsoft Office Version: 12.0.4518.1014. This session was terminated unexpectedly.

That's just the event from you killing the Outlook process. I'd also check the System Event Log and see if there's anything there.

Is this happening on multiple machines in your environment or just a single workstation?

nothing else in event log

it happens on 3 out of 6 clients in the office
