Outlook freezes when integrate with Livelink

Profile has been rebuilded twice but each time I try to put Livelink in my Outlook, my Outlook freezes. It takes ages before I can start up Outlook and sometimes it does not even start up at all.

Has anybody encountered this problem before? need some expert advise.

some of our users have the same problems with Powerpoint, word or even MS-Explorer

Are you running LL Explorer PRO? If so, what LL ExplPro version are you using? What OS is being used? This could be a compatibility issue.

Our use experience similar problem if they closed outlook with a deep folder structure in livelink kept open. When Outlook starts up again its opening all folders in the structure and checking permissions for them. Depending on the depth this can take a while.

If Outlook freezes right after adding LL Explorer, this cant be it.
