I have an Outlook form with several Date/Time fields. Each of these field's format is set to hh:mm but when I print, the format is m/d/yyyy h:mm:ss AM. Is there anyway to get the form to print in the same format that is shows on the screen?

Thanks for your help.

I am printing right out of Outlook. File>Print

This is my first Outlook form. There doesn't seem to be much information out there but I may not be looking in the right places :)

I found some information today on the web that metioned about creating Word or Excel templates. I know how to create a basic Word template but I don't know how to link it to Outlook.

Two other things to keep in mind...
I don't know VB.

I am not the end user of this form. The end user is somewhat technical but I want to keep the process of printing this form basic. Maybe I can write a macro to perform any "complex" operations.

Thanks for your help!
