I have created a form in MS outlook and am able to see it on my machine and even send it, the receiving party, however, cannot view the form...they just get a blank email. I believe I need to publish this form somehow so that everyone can use it... does anyone know how? please help...

My next inquiry is, how do I add a drop down list in the form? I know you can add a combobox or a list box but how do I add data for everyone to choose from?

And can I link this form to a database so that I can keep all the info and report on it at a later date...

Please help...

Thanks in Advance...

K

Not sure about the other ones, but to add values to a drop down list, go into the properties of the combo box, and on the value tab, select dropdown in list type and add the values in the possible values box..

THANKS THAT HELPED...

I STILL NEED HELP ON HOW TO PUBLISH IT SO THAT EVERYONE CAN SEE IT AND USE IT...

ALSO HOW DO I GET A PREVIEW TO SHOW UP ?

I ALSO WANT THE FORM TO BE VIEWABLE WHEN SOMEONE REPLIES...NOT JUST THE LINK OF THE FORM BUT THE ACTUAL FORM.

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO HOOK UP A FORM TO A DATABASE? PLEASE HELP

K

To view a preview when your form is in design view, go to Form-->Run this Form.

Sorry, cant help with the other stuff..

Try an Access forum, or a forum for which ever database you're thinking of using to find out how to link the outlook form- unfortunately I still can't help you with the otherstuff.

Have you edited the 'Read Page'? Whenever you create a new form, the first page always needs a compose page created. Go to the drop down menu for FORM. There is choices of SEPERATE READ PAGE, EDIT COMPOSE PAGE and EDIT READ PAGE. I believe that is what you are looking for. Let me know if it isn't.
