Outlook Express

After cliking on the outlook express icon on the desktop or at the buttom of the page. the program is not responding.

I press the Alt, Cont, Delete kees to close the program. The massage is that MSIMN is not responding.

I have downloaded explorere last week & installed it, but it did not corrected the problem.

Please advise

Are you running any sort of anti virus program? Sometimes there are compatibility issues. joegz

I am using Norton Aniti Virus & Norton Personal Firewall. I disabled them, but this did not solved the problem.

I still get the the massage of MISMN not responding.

I have disabled them, but no effect.

I tryed to open the outlook express from the window explorer tool bar & it worked once, I still have this problem.

This happened after my computer was infected & it was cleaned. Since than I installed the protections.
