Outlook express with 2 hotmail accounts

Im running win 98 with ie 5.5. I had 1 hotmail account which i access with oe, all works fine. the other day i got another hotmail account. I entered the details in, all ok. When I went to check mail, it wanted to download folders, like it should. BUT it then sat there trying to do so but never finished.
It still hasn't done it.
I have tried re-entering the account details. Also
-deleting account and reentering
-checked the mail online, its ok.
-the other hotmail account works fine
Can you have 2 hotmail accounts on oe?
Any ideas?

Aye you can, I use 2 myself

probably hotmail playing up again, its not exactly 100% reliable on connectivity.

If it is playing up, then it has been so for 2 weeks. Sometimes it says my uername or password is wrong, but they are certainly right!
Any other ideas
