Outlook Express right margin problems when printing

When I print out a copy of my sent email, some of the sentences of fully justified paragraphs drop the last few letters at the right end of the page.
For example, "the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog and then steals his bone, drinks his water and slee the night away.
Is there a way to fix this?
I cannot find a Page Setup option on the File menu.

Since no one answered, I called Microsoft. They said that the print controller for Outlook Express is Internet Explorer. click File, then Page Setup and make the margins bigger.
