Outlook Express randomly changes fonts on E-Mails

Hello,

I am experiencing a rather strange issue with E-Mails in Outlook Express: when I compose, reply to, or forward an email to a user, that email looks perfectly ok, but when the recipient opens the mail, random characters have changed the font size (sometimes to fonts larger than 100 points), which does not look very good, especially if it is business-related mail.
I have found quite a few people on the Internet with the same problem, but unfortunately nobody with a solution.
Does anybody have any idea ?

Hello,

I meanwhile found out the following:

When I go to Internet Explorer - Tools - Internet Options - Accessibility and select ´Ignore font sizes specified on web pages´, the emails look ok and do not display the large fonts anymore. But all web pages look different then, which creates a new problem...
