Outlook Express Problem

When trying to add a new account to Outlook Express 6, the Email server names available are POP3 and IMAP. The account is to hook up with Hotmail. I might have deleted something i shouldn't have.

What is the fix for this?

Start over. When you are asked for the existing email address, make sure you use the full email address - someuser@hotmail.com then, when you continue, it will come up with the correct type of mail server automatically.

Nope. I have double and triple checked that. It is only giving me the opportunity to choose POP3 or IMAP

I just checked OE 6 and if you set up a new account using '@hotmail.com', it sets the server type as http. Maybe if you run the Internet Explorer 6 repair tool it might correct this problem. If that doesn't take care of it I would re-install OE 6.
