Outlook Express Look and Feel??? Help!

Does anybody know what controls are used to give a form the MS Outlook Express look and feel? By that, I mean the DB Grids in their resizable frames, and etc. <br>

There are some good third party controls that I have used for this same task, you can find them at the dbi technologies website. Sorry I don't have the URL handy.
