Outlook Express...email keeps coming in

With Outlook Express...was running fine for years.
Now I get repeat emails from five different people...all of whom I know and are not sending them over and over.

It is not all emails and my ISP says they are not having any problems.

Can anyone help?

Are you using a PIX firewall and Mailsweeper by any chance?

Does OE actually finish downloading the mail, or does it error out first? Click Send & Recieve then click the pushpin on the send/recieve window to keep it open.

The same thing keeps happening to us. Got 50 duplicate emails
from one person. Sometimes it just errors out and
we have to back out and restart Outlook Express

Does Microsoft have a patch for this?

Using Norton Client Sercurity, but blocking is turned off.
Was working fine with the above.

The email DOES finish downloading.

Use

http://www.mail2web.com

and delete the last message that you actually get. Then try to pick them up with OE again.
